As a D.C. resident being involved in local politics is important to create meaningful change. D.C. is a fantastic city that I want to see thriving. For someone with little power and money, neighborhood involvement is something I can have direct action and impact in. Excited to celebrate the city, and also acknowledge failings and address those with potential solutions.
